Staff was very helpful, friendly and very responsive. We had an early morning Bernina Express tour and they provided packed breakfast for us. All the reception staff were very professional and keen to make our stay comfortable, finding routes for us. We were able to leave our luggage in storage on our last day, very safe and friendly hotel. Location is excellent, few minutes walk from Milan Centralle and shops, restaurants. I will consider this hotel if visiting Milan again. We had a wonderful stay there

Perfect for a clean and minimal room for the initial night after our plane arrived in Milan. Room was clean and the included breakfast the next morning made for an easy good start to our trip. Would only note the economy option is an auxiliary building to the main hotel, which was perfectly fine for us but adding the detail in case anyone wonders what economy means.

The hotel was across the street from the train station - super convenient. There were several metro stations nearby too. The room was big and so was the bathroom - the biggest we've had so far in Europe. The hotel was quiet at night and felt safe. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is worth the cost and included everything from bacon and eggs to pastries, cakes, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals and coffee/juice. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to families travelling with children.
