Really lovely room and staff. Great location, near amazing restaurants and well connected to city centre and tourist attractions. Only downside is that we were near the stairs so could be quite loud when people were using them, but this didn’t bother us.

Lovely hotel and helpful and friendly staff. Free coffee and water available at all times, no breakfast option but plenty nearby, restaurants and a pub close by also. Very clean and well maintained. Room was small but had what we needed for our stay.

This hotel is a gem as it is only twenty minutes walk from the cathedral, you can also get the no 60 bus close by which goes there and also goes to the central FS train station. The room was fine, clean and overlooked the church at the side of the piazza. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I can't fault this hotel which was a good price. I would definitely stay there again.

We had a fantastic stay, the location could not be better for sightseeing in Milan. We had a warm welcome from the staff, and they helped us out with a few recommendations. There is a tram station right outside for central areas, and another a few minutes away for North/South of the city. Immaculate condition on communal areas and the room. The free coffee machine and water fountain were also very useful. Superb stay, thanks very much

I had a great time here. Room looked exactly like it did in the pictures, plus an amazing view of a church! The staff were lovely and helped out when I had an issue with the aircon. A lovely park close by and not a long walk to the Duomo and the city centre. Would highly recommend

The staff is very helpful and welcoming. Rooms are clean. Great transportation links with a stop 1 min away from the hotel. Direct trams and bus to the duomo and the Central Station. Good dining options nearby. Will definitely stay here again if back to Milan

The property is newly renovated. The staff is excellent. Yana, Elton and the rest were very accommodating, courteous and helpful. Just a few minutes by tram to Duomo. Definitely recommend this great place to anyone coming to Milan.

The initial room we were allocated was full of mould, all around the window and behind the radiator, the bathroom also had mould in several areas and the extractor fan was unbelievably loud and just appeared to make noise and not extract anything. Although I did tell the staff about this and they moved us to a family room which was much cleaner and in better condition. The bed was really comfy and we were all in all happy with our stay. There was construction going on nearby so it was very loud though this is out of control of the hotel itself. I would recommend staying here for a budget night away, but the mould needs sorting in room 7.

Staff were nice and friendly. The rooms were quite modern and kept clean. Only issue was the noise at night- the walls were quite thin so we could hear the next door neighbours. Other than that, it was quite pleasant.

Fine if you arr not a light sleeper

Small room, but that was expected and was fine for what I needed. It is not very well insulated relative to noise (with a lot of people getting together for food and drinks just next to it) so not for light sleepers…
