Cleanliness and friendly staff. The location is superb for access to metro, restaurants and shopping. The only distress is a night club in front that brought some noise and rough crowds at elevated hours of night. The city of Milan should forbid this late night clubs in favor of tourism and help hotel and service industry survive. You can’t have it both ways dear politicians!

The room was clean and the bathroom very spacious! The room was also remarkably quiet considering it faced the street! I have a couple of observations about the amenities - the bathroom had very nice amenities except there was no hair conditioner, which is odd? The coffee station only had 2 paper cups and no real cups; and the only waste bin is in the bathroom, which is a bit inconvenient? The staff are warm and welcoming, and the location was great for us as we were attending a trade show a short distance away.

On the negative side the room was extremely hot and thermostat did not work, after multiple requests to front desk to fix the thermostat no action was taken and we had to open windows in February to cool off the room. There was no storage place to unpack clothes. No water provided at night, Beds were uncomfortable.

Excellent, modern hotel in a great location. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and trains/trams. Rooms clean and spacious. Amazing choice of food at breakfast.
