This is a very nice hotel right beside Loreto Metro station making it super convenient to commute anywhere in Milan. The room was nice and beds were comfy. For our family of four including two kids, it was a decent choice. Nearby to the hotel are many good restaurants.Overall our stay was good and satisfactory.

We ended up having an extra person so they provided us a bigger room so they could bring an extra roll away bed in for 2 nights. Little extra but not bad. Close to airport so not bad walk to hotel and employees always very helpful and accommodating. Would stay there again if back in Milan.

Clean, simplistic room with lots of clothes storage and coat hooks. Comfy, Large double bed. Bathroom was ok with a great powerful shower. Nice white towels and daily maid service. Slept well as it was quiet at night. We were very close to the breakfast room, and breakfast was nice. Spotless clean and the lovely lady who was in charge of breakfast was constantly topping up the food and checking everything. She was friendly and greeted us with, “Bonjourno!” There was cereal, misled, yoghurt, bread & pastries, meats and cheeses. Cakes and fruit and more. The Coffee machine worked well and the coffee was nice. The only criticism was the view from our window. We were on the back of the building and the view was of other buildings that weren’t nice to look at! The view from the front is much better but not sure if it would be noisier with the road.

The room is very clean and contemporary. The location is close to the train station, about 10 minutes walk. It is right next to a subway station, a small supermarket where I bought water. Across the street there is a flying tiger store and bubble tea shop. Numerous restaurants around. Breakfast is good too.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet area with good access to public transportation and local attractions. We also appreciated having an elevator, which made moving luggage much easier. Unfortunately, we had a serious safety issue during our stay. On our first night, our daughter cut both of her feet on the exposed drain cover area in the shower, which appeared loose and unsafe. We immediately contacted reception for assistance, but there were no basic first-aid supplies available, and no meaningful support was offered. What concerned us most was that we had to remain in the same room for the rest of our stay despite the risk of another accident. We feel this hazard should have been addressed promptly, especially considering it involved a child and resulted in injuries. While the property itself was clean and conveniently located, the handling of this situation was disappointing and left us feeling that guest safety was not taken as seriously as it should have been.

Great newly refurbished hotel with a nice location, rooms and bathrooms are clean, spacious and comfortable, super kind and attentive staff, that catter to your every need - they even changed our room immediately after the turmoil created by our noisy arab neighbours. Breakfast exceeded our expectations - it was rich and nourishing. Great cakes! Parking is offered at a nearby place for 20 Euros per night.

The place once inside is good. Good clean hotel rooms. Location to the main train station is good and easy access to metro right outside the hotel for your trip. There is construction going around and felt a little unsafe but overall this place, location, staff and breakfast was good. The main floor is the lobby and bar. The rooms are only on the first and second floor. Perfect for families as metro was right outside and lots of places to eat like McDonald’s and restaurants nearby.
