A very good value offer 10minutes (tops) from Milano Centrale. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was nice, in a nice dining room with outdoor space. Would stay again when passing through Milan.

Mainly selected the hotel due to its proximity from Milano Centrale station, about 10 minutes walk, and the good reviews for a 2-3 star type hotel. Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast had good variety. Location might not be the best, but I had no issues. Lots of food options nearby. On Saturday, there's a farmers market on the street next to the hotel.

Upon arrival the clerk wanted us to pay for 3 nights when we already paid for 2. I needed to show proof of it. The clerk made us pay for the city tax on arrival. No elevator. Poor breakfast. No friendly clerk. He was always using his phone and not showing interest. Paper cups for drinking.

Convenient location. Clean room. However, the towels and beddings smell of old and dirty linen. I hope they can address this. Staff at the reception (at night) could be more polite — we asked if we could have packed breakfast as we leave early for a day trip the next morning and was was told they won’t and “not their fault” we leave early. He could have been more polite with his response. But when we asked another reception guy the next day, he was willing to pack it for us if we were to leave early. Other hotels we stayed in allowed this and they just packed fruits, biscuits and water to go. Won’t stay here again, not because of the breakfast but the smell of towels and beddings.

Everything was good, Mario is an amazing stuff member, the second night, we arrived late, the guy who opened the door for us got a little upset because we didn’t leave the keys, I explained that we didn’t know we supposed to leave the keys, the first night we also arrived late, it was a different person, but he didn’t get upset and never mentioned anything about leaving the keys. Not a big deal but I wish he didn’t react the way he did. Overall, positive experience and the breakfast is great.

It’s an okay property to stay for overnight or max 2 nights. No amenities, no air conditioning. The area itself doesn’t look safe, but we need not have any trouble arriving to the hotel around 7-8pm the latest. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, the only bad thing would be that you are limited to take a long shower since you only get a short time of hot water, and too much noise at night with cars people passing by it’s hard to get a good night sleep. The good thing is that you are about 10 minutes walking to Milan central train station

If you stay here, avoid staying on the ground floor, especially rooms 2, 7 and 8. They are very close to the front desk, which is noisy late into the night. The breakfast room is right there, too, and the clanging and banging of the espresso machine gets going early. Also, the hotel is on a busy road, so there is traffic going by constantly. This a 2-star spot, so manage expectations accordingly. Plastic cups are provided, but if you use one, it will not be replaced. Conversely, bars of soap are fairly thrown at you, even if you only use one a few times. The area is slightly sketchy, so keep your wits about you. Milano Centrale is easy walking distance (maybe 10 mins.), though, so it is convenient if you are taking trains.

Stay away from this one. I don’t even want to call a “ hotel”. This one can’t be a 3 stars hotel. Poor maintenance, old and dirty Doesn’t have an elevator. We stayed 40 minutes and left to another hotel. We paid $300/night for this hotel, couldn’t stay more than half hour for a condition of the room. I can’t imagine to spend a night. Lucky to be arrived early enough to find another hotel. The owner or front office staff didn’t even bother to ask why we’re leaving.
