Fantastic service, and a great location near the central station. The room was clean, cool, quiet and everything functioned well. Extremely friendly staff, and again, the location was top notch. Great value for the price. We will be back

The hotel is well located not far from Centrale station. The staff were all really friendly and breakfast was nice with homemade cake every day. Room wasn't anything to write home about but it wasn't bad and was fine for a week.

Hotel is well located, very closed to Milan train Station, the bed is very comfortable. If you are looking for a Marriott style hotel than you are looking at the wrong place, but if you need just a place to sleep at the end of a long walking day, well this place fill the purpose!

Not worth the money

Very basic, glad it was only for one night. Stale smoke smell, dated room, very small. Poor breakfast. Only saving grace was closeness to station. Very overpriced for quality but Milan is expensive. 1* hotel at best.

Everything was good, Mario is an amazing stuff member, the second night, we arrived late, the guy who opened the door for us got a little upset because we didn’t leave the keys, I explained that we didn’t know we supposed to leave the keys, the first night we also arrived late, it was a different person, but he didn’t get upset and never mentioned anything about leaving the keys. Not a big deal but I wish he didn’t react the way he did. Overall, positive experience and the breakfast is great.

The room had all the basic appliances and the hotel personnel was friendly and helpful. The size of the rooms are adequate, so you have some mobility in there. However, it would be great if the hotel update the rooms. In particular, the air conditioner was not working properly in my room and the bathroom had sewer smell.

It’s an okay property to stay for overnight or max 2 nights. No amenities, no air conditioning. The area itself doesn’t look safe, but we need not have any trouble arriving to the hotel around 7-8pm the latest. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, the only bad thing would be that you are limited to take a long shower since you only get a short time of hot water, and too much noise at night with cars people passing by it’s hard to get a good night sleep. The good thing is that you are about 10 minutes walking to Milan central train station

If you stay here, avoid staying on the ground floor, especially rooms 2, 7 and 8. They are very close to the front desk, which is noisy late into the night. The breakfast room is right there, too, and the clanging and banging of the espresso machine gets going early. Also, the hotel is on a busy road, so there is traffic going by constantly. This a 2-star spot, so manage expectations accordingly. Plastic cups are provided, but if you use one, it will not be replaced. Conversely, bars of soap are fairly thrown at you, even if you only use one a few times. The area is slightly sketchy, so keep your wits about you. Milano Centrale is easy walking distance (maybe 10 mins.), though, so it is convenient if you are taking trains.

Déception total surtout qualité, service, prix.

Je suis arrivé vers 22 :30; la personne à l'accueil regardé le télé. Il est venu avec un certain lenteur et m'a enregistré. Il ne m'a pas donné le code wifi qui n'était pas dans la chambre. Le téléphone dans la chambre ne montrait pas comment appelé la réception ou même appeler à l’extérieur. En sus, il ne m'a pas accompagné jusqu'à la chambre malgré le fait que j'avais une valise (pas d'ascenseur). La chambre était propre mais très simple. Pas d'instructions pour le télé. Très très limite surtout pour le prix de 300€ la nuit. Le petit dej était très limité mais convenable. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

Hotel bien situé, station de metro proche. Gare à 10mns a pied. Chambre tres correct, le menage est fait tous les jours. Accueil tres agreable du personnel. Petit déjeuner complet. Un merci pour le petit dej du matin de la course. Je recommande.
