Well located if you want to stay close to the Central Station, but very poorly maintained. The rooms were not properly cleaned, there were broken doors, mold in the bathroom, and the overall condition was disappointing. It was a bad, very bad experience. The staff at the bar and in other areas were not very friendly. However, the breakfast was good, and the breakfast staff were kind and welcoming.

the location of this hotel is so convenient, it is 100 metres from Centrale Station for train arrivals and departures, easy access to the Express to MXP, it's on the Metro line so touring around the city is easy. i've stayed at this hotel a bunch of times and love the location.

The hotel looks modern, and the price is reasonable for what you get. It's also just a couple of minutes' walk from the train station, which made getting around really easy. The room was a bit small and felt quite dark. The shower door isn't designed very well, so water ends up all over the bathroom floor after every shower. The elevator is also on the slow side, which can be a little annoying during busy hours. Overall, it's a good place to stay if you're looking for a convenient location at a good price, but there are a few design issues that could be improved.
