If your looking for an honest unbiased review this is it Pros: -Cheaper booking price -front desk employees do their best to fix your issues -Upgrade our beds from double (which is more like a single) to a real double -about 15 minutes walk from comasina metro station - bar staff are very nice -shower water pressure is good - front desk speaks english Cons: -Hotel surroundings are very old and a lot of the buildings look abandoned/ burnt -safety is completely compromised (will expand on this later) -hotel lobby has absolutely no amenities -Rooms lack any sort of coffee or tea no glass ware no cutlery very basic plastic cups and two water bottles provided in a room fridge that doesn’t really work -Tv in room is very small -very noisy occupants -washroom only includes a tiny bar of soap and 2 in one shampoo and body wash -tourist tax is 10€ daily per person which is much more then usual -some whole floors and room smell of pure cigarettes -ac is non functional and is about 50 years old -very low quality breakfast offered at very premium 25€ Overall this isn’t a 4 star hotel by any means even a 3 star is pushing it don’t come here and expect any sort of luxury this hotel gives you the bare minimum to survive. now back to the safety before we came me and my sister had looked at reviews indicating possibility of theft therefore we decided to keep as many valuables with us during the day as possible on the third and final day House keeping entered our rooms

Very attentive and let us in to our room half an hour earlier. Room was very clean and spacious. Great quiet location outside the city centre with a 5 minute walk to a train station or a 10-15 minute walk to the nearest subway station.

The staff were lovely on arrival, we did have to pay £12 a night for parking which we didn't see till arriving. Our first room was horrendous- unclean, broken cupboards, flies flying out of the toilet. Nothing like the pictures. Spoke to front desk, they were so nice and moved us to a nicer better room. 100% better. Hotel itself feels like it needs a lot of repairs, things feel a bit sad. Staff made it better 10x. Hotel outside is grey even though there is photos of it being purple which shows it's very old photos used.
