Great location minutes from Milan Centrale train station. Great sleep on very comfortable bedding, great staff made us feel welcome, restaurants all around and easy transport to Milan core.

The hotel could do with a little TLC. We were surprised to have no natural light coming into the room as the shutters were locked shut so couldn’t see outside. Front desk staff a bit amateurish, hotel seemed to be run by just 2 boys. We wanted a drink in the bar but they seemed not to know what beers they had and the rum and coke tasted strange so not sure what was in it. We’ve stayed at a lot of hotels so I’m not one of those people who is negative about things normally. Positives are that it is a good location to the central station and some good restaurants nearby

The hotel was nice. Modern, clean, and very close to Central Station, so easy accessible to many places. A lot of Halal restaurants nearby for those who are interested. Small rooms but good enough for a short stay. Great price, great room, great location. That's all we need! We didn't get the breakfast so I don't know how it was but they set it up in the " garden terrance" so that must be nice

Unfortunately the AC was shut off. We sweltered. When it was turned on finally the room never cooled off. There was black mold in the shower. My son’s room had “stuff” in the bidet from someone else. I asked for another key and they just gave it to me, did not ask for ID. I feel the staff was overwhelmed and exhausted with complaints. I loved the location and booked it because it was a 4 star hotel. It clearly is not. Dated and stale. It was the end of our trip but if we were going to stay more than one night I would have asked for a refund and found another hotel. Very very disappointing.

Our stay was good. Air condition unit worked well and was quiet. Washroom had modern fixtures. Bedroom had good lighting. Our only complaint is our room only had 1 card key which made it very inconvenient when there’s more than 1 person staying in the room because everything shuts down when the card key is removed . Staff were very helpful in letting us in each time.

I stayed at this hotel as a solo female traveller. Check-in was smooth, the room itself was fine and everything worked as expected. Unfortunately, my stay was completely let down by the room next door. There was a group of men who were extremely loud, shouting for long periods of time. I eventually contacted reception and was told they would speak to them. Shortly afterwards I could hear their phone ringing, so I assume the hotel did contact them. The situation then became even more uncomfortable. They continued shouting, banging and throwing things against the walls, and appeared to be throwing things out of the window. The walls were also very thin, so the noise carried straight into my room. As a woman travelling alone, I found the whole situation quite intimidating and genuinely did not feel safe. I barely slept. I have travelled solo many times and have never felt like this in a hotel before. Considering the size of the hotel, I also found it disappointing that I had been allocated a room directly next to a large group of men travelling together. Although there was nothing wrong with the room itself, the experience left me feeling unsafe and exhausted, and unfortunately I would not choose to stay here again.

Nice hotel within a 6 minute walk of Milan Centrale train station. I was greeted warmly by the front staff both is whom spoke perfect English. When you enter the room the key chip must be inserted into a slot to keep all lights on. Room was clean and neat but the bed allowed minimal room to pass between it and the wall. Numerous switches controlling who know what. Too many switches. All in all it was a nice and convenient hotel for a one night stay.

There were blackout shutters on the window which would have been handy if it was noisy outside. As it was there was a lot of noise internally, I could hear every door open on the floor, but I couldn’t hear other noise - tv, people talking, etc… Room was clean, minibar stocked with water (charge), tv was nice and big, bathroom stocked with goods. Bed was comfortable. I would stay here again.
