The rooms at the Bianca, Maria Palace Hotel were immaculate beautifully upgraded and with air-conditioning. The staff were incredibly helpful and professional. The breakfast was exceptional with every option available. Overall one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at in Italy.

I arrived to Milan late and was greeted by hotel staff, offered help with my luggage. Room was beautifully decorated, quite large and had everything I needed for my one night stay. Restaurant on the lower level of the property had late night dinner option, staff was incredibly friendly, suggestions for my meal were excellent. The next morning was buffet style until 10am with a good selection. Hotel location was perfect for what I needed and I had a great time exploring Milan. I would definitely come back to this property.

This hotel is 15-20 minutes from all the major, must-see, landmarks. They call you a taxi that arrives within 4-5 minutes. Plenty of restaurants around and the staff is the nicest and most accommodating that I've ever experienced. Loved their huge walk-in showers.

Staff was amazing. It was our first trip to Milan so the staff was very helpful in recommending restaurants. Most of the staff spoke multiple languages (including English) so communication was easy. The on-site restaurant and bar was a nice place to relax after a day of sightseeing.
