Pros: - very friendly staff - great location close to metro and tram - comfy bed - lovely balcony - restaurants right outside - AC worked well (we had +36 c during our stay) - big supermarket close by Cons: - only one pillow per person - quite little of power sockets - not as clean as it could be

Friendly staff. Communicated well when we informed we may be arriving late, reassuring that front desk would be staffed contrary to canned message in Expedia. One of the overnight staffers also made excellent cappuccino for us early in the morning. They gave suggestions for places to eat, directions to metro/centrale Or calling a taxi. The AC in the room was a BIG letdown. The vent was blowing in no man’s land and the system would not allow to reduce AC to less than 23 degrees C but with the windows closed (or AC won’t work) it felt like 30 inside. We had to use tiny battery operated mini fans to cool us down. It didn’t help that this is one of the hottest summers. Decent neighborhood. Nothing to complain about. Metro is close by. Bar adjoining the property had a nice vibe and some good food.

Only provided two small, flat pillows, when asked for more did not follow through with communication and did not provide any. The bed had a water proof protector on it that was noisy/uncomfortable. Loud partiers overnight (Thursday). AC was not in English/difficult to operate. Very clean, 20min walk from the train station, recommend getting subway pass (7eu for 24hrs). Walkable restaurants near by, complimentary coffee + water. Excellent for price.

Un alojamiento renovado y ubicado en una zona excelente, rodeada de todos los servicios necesarios. Las camas son supercómodas y la estancia estuvo llena de buenos detalles, como la botella de agua de bienvenida, el café gratuito por las mañanas y un fantástico balcón. El aire acondicionado funcionaba a la perfección. Aunque el último día hubo un poco más de ruido en la calle, el resto del tiempo la tranquilidad fue absoluta. Una opción totalmente recomendable para repetir.

Buen hotel, realmente solo estuvimos ahí para llegar a dormir en la noche, siento que al aire acondicionado de mi cuarto le faltaba un poco de potencia y también falta mas iluminación en el cuarto. Se me hizo un poco raro que la regadera no tenía puertas pero ya que lo usamos no nos afecto, solo se me hizo raro jaja, todo bien!
