This is a small boutique hotel on the 2nd floor or an office type access building- there is not entry lobby it is a one floor up on the elevator. I did not know what to expect and I was reluctant, but soon enough loved this location across the street from the Milano Central train station and surrounded by great food places. Great location/convenient and great value. The reception day/night were superb- Loved this, clean and worth it- Thank you!

Great location, clean and helpful staff. Gave it 4 stars only due to the amount of late night noise. Street noise, people on the floor above, and the nightly slamming of dishes coming from the kitchen/dinning area.

It is in a very convenient location. Near the hop on hop off and central station. The room is clean and spacious. The bathroom is modern but the design could have been better in terms of functionality. Convenience vs cosmetic. I read from other reviews that it was difficult to locate it at first, which even with my research via google map, I have to circle the area twice first before I found it. So I uploaded a picture here to guide the next customer which area to look. If you are facing iH hotel, it is to your right.

You are in a converted office type building with many other companies. Somewhat noisy, beds are comfortable. Have refrigerator, no way to make tea or coffee. Optional breakfast is a croissant or something from a box. Recommend pass on breakfast and the added expense. Close to the train station was the biggest plus. Would stay again.

Perfect place for a one night stop over, very clean and modern and next to the train station. The room is small, which we were aware of so it may not be the best for a long stay but we were happy with it. It was also very quiet and safe. As others have said, it's not the easiest to find but as we were aware of that and knew it was on the first floor it was all good. The staff were helpful before arrival and responded to emails quickly.

The missing star is only because they don’t have a mini fridge in the room. The location is spectacular, right next to Milano Centrale Station. Room was cleaned everyday, super important when returning from a long day of exploring. Definitely will book again.
