Our only caveat is that the pool is not included in the price of the room. At €19 per person for 2 hrs, its a bit of a disappointment. Check the soap upon arrival, the soap container was emp. Breakfast was great, staff very helpful and polite.safe, easy parking.

Wonderful apartment style room with loft was great for our family of 4. It was clean and spotless. Enjoyed our 2 night stay. Breakfast was excellent and easy parking. The area around is a bit rundown and its a hike from attractions in Milan but I can overlook both for what this hotel gives. Special thanks to Alexandro and Fredo (i think that was his name). for going out of the way to provide excellent service. My rental car broke down in the middle of the night. The front desk associates were amazing with their help in getting me back on the road. Thank you all!

No swimming pool included

Be careful: there is NO free swimming pool included with your room booking. They have an outdoor display pool of 30cm (!) depth. You can't and you are not allowed to use it, not even for your feet. I was quite disappointed of discovering this, because it was my main interest for this hotel and I had naively seen the display pool and thought it would be a swimming pool. Fortunately, you can pay an additional 19€/person/day to access the SPA which is a sauna, hammam and indoor swimming pool in the basement. Apart from this bad surprise, the hotel is clean and waiters are really nice. The room was good and there is enough parking spot. If you don't care about the pool or if you're okay with such extra, that will be a very good hotel.

Excellent business hotel

Stayed for three nights while on business in the round tower in the back. Arrived early and was accommodated an early check-in. Room was large and the bed nice and firm. All amenities were present including a pay mini bar. No coffee machine or hot water kettle in the room so have to go to the bar on the basement level for anything hot. In the bathroom, I really liked the rain shower. During the second morning my TV would not turn off, I notified the front desk and it was fixed by the time I return in the afternoon. The first night I ate at the restaurant but the following nights I had room service. All the food was excellent. The breakfast spread was great and the service was attentive and great. Overall I would stay there again.

Le personnel est très gentil, les chambres sont très belles et propres .Par contre au niveau de la sécurité il va falloir vraiment qu’il revoit ça car il regarde vraiment pas le va-et-vient si c’est des gens de l’hôtel qu’ils viennent. car je me suis fait voler mon sac à main avec tous mes papiers et mon argent dans un restaurant de l’hôtel et je ne trouve pas ça normal. C’est pas des gens de l’hôtel…… L’hôtel aurait pu nous faire cadeau des nuits c’est chez eux en dédommagement, ç’aurait été au moins la moindre des choses. Ce jour-là, une autre dame s’est fait voler son sac à main aussi… Je veux juste te dire, faites attention à vos sac à main…
