The shower partition had a leak. Water got all over the bathroom floor. We put multiple towels down to ensure it did not spread too much. Other than that, comfortable room, good friendly staff.

Stayed here for a night in Milan. Host was absolutely fantastic as was the property, location was perfect. Walls are super thin so could hear every sound from other rooms and traffic was very loud at night. Worth noting if you're a light sleeper.

I left my passport in the room and had already arrived in Rome before I figured it out and was flying home the next morning. The hotel went out of their way to get my passport to me without me having to make a trip back to Milan. Such sweet staff and the rooms were very comfortable and spacious.

Francesca is an angel!! She helped us so much with keeping our luggage and helping us to find a taxi. The customer service is amazing! I will be returning when I come back to Milan!

Good sized room, in a decent location which had a lovely shower and a comfortable bed. Room was ready two hours early which was beneficial as had an early morning flight so could check in immediately. Instructions sent via WhatsApp and email made it easy to follow. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

One of the worst experience ever. The A/C doesn’t work, i call everyday and none of the staff solve the problem. The bath doesn’t flush the water. It is a old room with the blocked view. Definitely i do not RECOMMENDED stay here, at the in the staff told me sorry and they refund parcial of my stays, still one and half month later still waiting at least respond the mail.

Un hotel precioso en una zona muy accesible a metro, restaurantes, entre otros. Limpieza del hotel excelente, muy cómodo con una vista muy bonita y la atención por parte de quien nos recibía fue muy buena en todo momento.
