Convenient location, and the space was exactly what we were looking for. They even have free laundry. It was a bit frustrating getting in touch with people sometimes, like to ask for extra pillows or more detergent in the laundry room but other than that it was a good spot. Breakfast was also very good!

I was traveling solo on business so for the price and location it was worth it. However, if I thought I was going to Milan for a romantic excursion or family getaway, I would’ve been deeply disappointed. If you are a finicky traveler don’t go, but if you’re someone who considers a hotel room just a place to pop down and sleep until your next excursion then this is a great place for you.

Nice location, but issues with cleanliness of the room (boogers smeared on the wall by the upstairs bed). AC was not cold enough. The bed was uncomfortable. We booked for three nights but left after two.

LOVED the studio room we had that had a double bed, sofa, desk, and kitchenette! A great space for a 3 day visit. Also greatly appreciated the laundry room with free self service laundry. I had a question at one point and got a response within 10 minutes on WhatsApp from Numa, answering and resolving our question. We had a great stay!

Two single beds put together is not a double bed Couldn’t find area to change towels. Lack of human interaction meant I couldn’t get coffee refills (human staff didn’t want to help me when I did see them) For the amount of money I spent, I didn’t think there was anything special to report from this experience Some clean towels and coffee and new bottles of water - really wouldn’t have hurt!

The hotel location is excellent: super close to the Castello and Duomo. Nice building. But they don’t clean the room during the stay. We couldn’t even get towels to be replaced. No formal reception either. You’re supposed to call someone, which maybe it works but it’s an extra hassle. For 3 night stay it wasn’t a big deal..

Spacious rooms with comfortable beds but checking in was awful since there is no concierge desk. Took them 30 minutes to send me a code to open the main door while we waited outside in the cold. Servers at the cafe seem to know nothing about allergens either.

The room had no air conditioning (we were informed before), but also no heating, and thus was very cold. The walls appear to be made of paper - the room was extremely noisy. Obviously, this must be known, since ear plugs were provided in the bedroom. It felt like being in a tent on the street nearby. In summary: A horrible stay.

Worst travel experience ever.

It took multiple attempts to scan the passports, second passport then required taking a photo, then uploading into their system. There is no one in the property when a problem. Room entry key code wouldnt work. No one to talk to. Requires calling a phone number that is answered by computer. Or entering into l WhatsApp which just comes back 'can you restate the question'. Do not stay there, you're on your own.

There were several issues 1, no baby cot set up as I requested, then they finally arranged it, no baby cot mattress, just back and forth for so many time to get it right, wasted my time. 2, aircon issue, the same, back and forth many times 3, the shower! The water was barely hot enough for us to take a shower, also we had to shower our 7 months old baby in lukewarm water. 4, the lockers for the luggages, a lot of them don’t work, when I contacted them, they were like, well we just do you a favour, I am sorry they don’t work. You can try other lockers around the area. 5, not easy to find as there is no reception.

This was a terrible experience. We have gone to the Camperio Hotel four times before and have always found the place to be elegant, the service to be very attentive and the breakfast to be lovely. Although it still advertises breakfast, there is none. Worse, there is no service. Begrudgingly someone was washing windows when we arrived and he explained how to get in, but there was no one to check us in, no one to answer questions , and worst of all, no one to call a cab to the airport. The hotel tells you to call a number that did not answer for a cab. We came close to missing our flight, trying to get one and ultimately had to give up, lugging huge suitcases through the subway system. Do not stay here! We were charged 345$ for a small and cramped room and we will never return!
