Nice hotel for a short stay...

The room was nice. Bed was really comfortable. Staff at the reception was helpful and welcoming. Bathroom was just ok. Not modern but well maintained. Breakfast was disappointing. Cheap products unfortunately. We expected a better quality.

This hotel is next to the underground which is ideal for getting around Milan .Great hotel for short stay ,close to restaurants and bars,however ,noise from guests is a problem when they return to their rooms

Well located

Strategic position, right at the Metro exit, making it easy to move around Milano. Good hotel, but in July 2023 it had some construction work, so the window was blocked and also the hotel entrance, but no major disturbance to our stay.

I was travelling with my son Italy. The hotel was wonderful and the staff was very helpful. The problem was the parking. I had to walk 500 m .

Hotel location outside of centre but Metro access at the front door meant a 2 euro, four station trip and your'e there. Go a bit further and you're at the main train station for the same price. Nice hotel appealing to the business traveller it would seem but fine for us as tourists. Helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Plenty of bars/restaurants within easy walk.

Well located for metro and bus access. Friendly and very helpful staff. Rooms are not very sound proof, doors slam shut and can hear neighbouring rooms talking. Limited vegan breakfast options. Though they have soy milk but you have to ask, there is nothing that tells you that.

Disappointing 4* hotel

Hotel is being renovated and work was going on in the morning when I tried to work in my room. TV power socket was not connected to the wall and I needed to ask for an adapter since the wall plug didn't fit. Shower cabin didn't close as it should. Staff was nice and efficient though.

There were a bunch of homeless all around the property, which made me feel unsafe when I arrived in the midnight of the check-in date. The parking is very inconvenient, since it is not located onsite, it is a tiny closed spot shared with an apartment building located one block away, and this particular situation was not specified when I booked it. The advertisement on Expedia says the hotel is located 10 minutes walk from the Duomo of Milan, when it is actually located 39 minutes walking from there.
