Perfect hotel in Milan.

One night stopover stay in Milan. Hotel was perfectly located for train and to explore the city. All staff were courteous and friendly. Hotel and room were spotlessly clean and bed was comfortable. I would like to have stayed longer.

Wonderful place to stay. Great room with refrigerator and big bathroom. The only complaint was the air conditioner did not cool below 20C.

Overall services are good, except one front desk lady has poor attitudes toward client. We stayed in 2 floor, but entire 3 floor is under renovation , works starts at 7am, if we have information about renovation, we would not have chosen this hotel. The heating system is the worse, it either over heated at 25c degree or shut down for 1 hour around 6am, my daughter got sick due to this unstable heating system. Would not recommend to anyone.
