Very convenient for airport departure with an efficient shuttle service. Clean, comfortable room and excellent service. The only downside is that it is in an isolated location with only one sushi restaurant in walking distance. The food in the hotel restaurant is good but not outstanding. Would stay here again.

I have stayed here several times over the past few years as I live in Italy and often have a very early flight. It’s a great hotel, extremely comfortable with friendly staff. I usually have dinner and enjoyed it this time as always. I did appreciate the complementary small bottle of Prosecco - I hadn’t received this before. It takes about 6 minutes to walk to the airport from the hotel and they also have a shuttle. I highly recommend this hotel and I look forward to my next stay.

For a quick little spot near the airport, this place is great. Can walk to and from the Airport and Metro to get around town or other stations. Staff was nice, and helpful. Shower in my room was a good size for me but I can see how they might be a bit too narrow for some. Overall great experience!

Directions to the shuttle locations were easy to follow. Rooms were large by European standard, clean and fresh. Bed was firm and comfortable. Nice surprise to have items in the mini fridge included in the cost. Water was refreshed each day. If arriving by car be sure to bear hard right under the Best Western sign to reach the hotel - our driver the night we arrived struggled.

This lovely hotel was perfect for our brief coming&going stay in Milan! The Shuttle Service is excellent! We easily got into the city on Metro & they picked us up quickly when we called. The staff were welcoming and helpful, shout-out to Adrianno! He answered all our questions & was very kind. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Milan. Oh! And the restaurant was excellent! We had a perfect meal on our last night in Italy. The servers were so attentive and friendly. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Thank you!
