This well ammenitu appointed hotel was wonderful. In fact, the beds were so comfortable and we slept so.well. Air condition was on before we arrived the room was cool st pleasant temperature which important when arriving late and need to sleep immediately. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included and it had an immpressive array of offerings.

Great stay. Just in the evening till late music was playing outside. Plenty of free parking. Nice room with a big bathroom including a bidet. Location is on the other side of Linate airport. A car is necessary. But 5 minutes drive to shops, supermarkets and restaurnats

I like everything about this hotel for my one day stay to fly from Linate Airport. The hotel’s airport transfer driver is very polite and helpful. I really enjoyed the breakfast. I received excellent service at the breakfast room. I will come back to stay in this hotel again. Highly recommend.

Good value if you like hard beds

This is a great hotel, the lounge is nice, quiet area near Linnate Airport but bed was so hard we could hardly sleep. AC worked but Dan was loud. The place is spacious, clean and had a great bathroom and connecting grooms for our family.

Beautiful hotel, very morden, good service, nice breakfasts. Main problem is transportation - need to walk around 20 minutes to get public transport or get taxi to nearest metro/station which will cost over 20 euros for a 10 minute journey.

The front staff were not pleasant or helpful. I speak passable Italian and only had minimal questions. They seemed inconvenienced by them. The room was tiny. Small rooms are common in Italy but this was very small. The most frustrating thing was that there was no outlet I could plug into to use my styling tools. The blow dryer in the bathroom had an outlet that said “Shavers only”. There was a large mirror in the bedroom but no outlet nearby. I had to plug in next to the bed and do my hair blind.

Hotel needs updating and deep cleaning. Wall to wall carpeting appears stained/dirty throughout. Walls in our room were splattered with coffee or possibly food in places. Breakfast was decent (very good pastries, fresh fruit) aside from undercooked scrambled eggs. Pool area looked well maintained and water was clean, though we didn't get the chance to swim. We tried to reach the hotel on foot from the airport because there is a beautiful park with walking path that appears to stretch from Linate to the Belstay area. Unfortunately, you can get almost all the way to the hotel but then the sidewalk ends and you must cross and walk along a highway in multiple places to get to the hotel. I realize this isn't an issue the Belstay can likely fix, but it was just unfortunate to then have to spend 40 euro on a taxi to drive 2 miles the next day when it could be a pleasant walk. Staff was helpful in booking us an early morning taxi to the airport. Overall, was not as clean or pleasant as other hotels we stayed in during our trip which were 2 or 3 stars. Surprised that this is listed as 4 stars.
