The staff was not helpfull. The room was very old, especially bathroom very dirty. The shuttlebus service was nice but during 10.30 - 17.30 you had to pay. The hotel is definetly NOT 4 star worthy.

Only issue we had was that the Room was 26 deg C at night and couldn’t sleep good for 2 nights. They won’t turn on the AC because of the municipal restrictions until May 1st.

The hotel is great overall, staff is very friendly and helpful. Room cleaning needs more attention, our 2 rooms were not cleaned properly after the previous guests. Breakfast is Ok and you need to be there early (before 9). I would recommend.
