Staff were friendly and efficient however this hotel has some problems. Room had leaky shower door so floor flooded when we used the shower. TV didn’t work; requested repair but couldn’t wait for tech to come. Annoying noise from footsteps and chair scraping from the rooms above us, so hard to sleep with this much racket.

Been so close to the Bus Station you could go anywhere from the Hotel, the staff Súper friendly and the breakfast buffet was great as well...totally recommend this Hotel to stay in Milano!
