Wonderful staff

The apartment was very clean and well decorated. All the necessary items were stocked, with ample amount of towels and comfortable bed. Although the unit was on the street, train noise was a minimum. Most importantly, the staff went out of their way to be sure we located the entrance and got checked in.

Very interesting and quaint little hotel. The room was large enough and the decor was nice. It had an original 1930’s elevator which was TINY but really neat and nostalgic. Be aware the front desk is just a small room inside the front door and it is not manned after hours, but when you check in, they give you a key and instructions on how to get in and how to use the elevator. The location was great for proximity to the Duomo and the Metro. Would stay here again.

Great location and clean room

Great location, very clean, with all required amenities, old building but rooms in good shape. Interesting elevator! Easy check in and check out. The only downside is that the sofa bed was noisy and uncomfortable.

The apartment is a little run down, but pretty spacious. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and made check-in easy. The apartment is in the middle of the downtown pedestrian area, so it’s pretty loud at night. The staff provided ear plugs, which were much appreciated. You can’t beat the location for access to shopping, museums, and the Duomo.

Not worth booking at this apartment hotel. Air conditioning is pre programmed to turn off after few hours in the middle of summer. Lift capacity is for 2 people only or 1 person and 1 bag. We saw guests fighting with the staff every time we visit the reception.

Comfortable sleep just steps to Duomo!

Excellent location and good communication with hosts. Bed was quite comfortable with a large bathroom area. Had a great sleep every night, outside noise was not an issue for us. Earplugs are provided if needed but windows are very good. Bedroom area has air conditioner but did not cool room very well. However understand it was extremely hot the 4 nights we were in Milan and A/C can only do so much. We had booked the White Room on hotels.com but upon arrival were told that hotels.com only booked a double room for us, not the White Room. A disappointment as not what we expected. When booking with hotels.com would suggest you confirm the room you have selected is what you will get. The apartment we were given was a lot smaller, no separate seating area, and lacked some amenities as advertised on a hotels.com such as coffee pods, tea, water etc. there is no washer or dryer. It would have been nice to have some additional dishes (breakfast bowls) as we did have some meals in room. Hotel did provide us with water when asked and the front desk staff were very courteous and friendly, helped with luggage up to room, easy check in and check out. Towels and garbage were refreshed/changed after 2 nights. Building is very old, with decor to match, quite quaint, like going back in time. The elevator is very small and of historic significance, very cool.

This is a great location for a weekend in Milan! It’s a bit noisy at night but there were earplugs in the apartment- so thoughtful. The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped and there’s even a small lift! Alfredo met us outside and was very helpful. We will definitely stay here again. Ciao!

Older property but the rooms have been updated. Reception area needs updating but that may be in progress. Antique elevator is very small but also unique. Staff was very accommodating in storing luggage and helping with transport to airport. Very short walk to DUOMO SQUARE and GALLERIA and Metro.

Lift can fits 2 people only and the so called receptionists available from the afternoon onwards only and technically, a lot stars less than what it seems. Room was filled with cigarettes smell and had to move to a smaller room which initially, was told not available even thought it is much lower rates. Was offered to move back to the originally booked room but no points of moving again.

Great spot close to the Duomo and Galleria Vittori

This was a gem of a spot that filled our need for one night. It was in a great location, staff were friendly and helpful, and we were able to keep our luggage there after check out. The elevator is tiny (from 1930's) but we didn't have much luggage. Rooms were well furnished, clean, and it was nice to have coffee/tea available. They had earplugs available but we weren't bothered by the street noise. Would stay there again!
