Loved the hotel and the staff. Great location next to metro for easy access to Linate airport. The only challenge we had was finding the entrance which is a bit tucked away and neither Apple Maps nor google maps accurately portray the location. Fortunately we spotted the doorway from the photo on Expedia.

Great stay for business

It was a beautiful room with everything you needed. The girl who welcomed me was really nice and friendly. The breakfast was in a nice cafe just next door. I forgot something and they were really helpful in sending it back. The only negative point is that the reception isn't staffed all the time so if you need something you have to call and wait for help.

Very affordable for mid July Milan. Super location right at the shop street and just a stone throw away from Duomo. Breakfast was a voucher to a cafe next door including a croissant, juice and coffee...obviously not enough for a scandinavian visitor but you can buy extras. Cooling was not enough for 37 degree external temp. The corridor was cooler than room. Tiny room, terrible wifi (although free) and no staff at all.

A windowless storage unit more than a hotel

This "hotel" is like a storage unit with no real windows. The entire experience is odd, it's on the 4th floor in a mall. The person that checks you in was nice but its mostly "self-serve" so no real staff around the clock. This feels more like a weird Airbnb experience than a hotel. If you are looking to sleep with no light, the lack of windows I guess could be a bonus.

No A/C working and awful response

Checked in on a second booking and was told that the A/C was not working. Went out for a couple of hours and came back at 3pm and was sweating in the room. Left the keys with Ana and checked out and moved to another hotel. Impossible to stay in a box room with no A/C and no ventilation in 35C outside and warmer inside. All I got was sorry. But sorry is not enough without a refund and nobody has answered since. Not a word or a mention since from the hotel or Hotels.com An absolute joke. In all my years on this website platform I have never had anything like this.

Just to clarify.. this is not a hotel as the accommodation was billed when I initially booked.. It is actually rooms in a residential/commercial building. No traditional front desk or security. On the plus side..Less than 5 minute walk to Duomo. Check in receptionist was helpful with dining recommendations.

This hotel is ideal if you want to stay within the city centre. Literally 2 minutes walking to Il Duomo on a bustling Corso Vittorio Emanuele.The only drawback we experienced was that the rooms are very small, otherwise everything was excellent

Bon séjour dans cet Hotel très bien situé, confortable, spacieux, calme ... mais : * aucun accueil physique : juste l'envoi d'un mail et d'un sms donnant les instructions pour récupérer la chambre, code pour entrer dans l'immeuble, code pour entrer dans l'hôtel (qui est en fait un appartement rénové), code de débloquer les clefs de la chambre. Demande de laisser la taxe de séjour en espèces dans la chambre, demande de transmettre nos pièces d'identités par sms * aucun petit déjeuner sur place (une plaquette dans la chambre renvoie vers un café situé en bas de l'hôtel) un peu curieux ....
