This place was great - guest house set up - did have some desk coverage but not 24/7 which was totally fine. The rooms were great - awesome extra touches and I really appreciated it. Would definitely stay here again.

The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They helped me book a cab the night before an early morning tour and let us leave our bags in a room prior to check-in and check out.

No Privacy, room next to reception , staff is nice

This was not advertised in an honest way, they have retrofitted a space on the first floor of a residential building, the reception area is next to your room and you hear phone calls , customers talking with the reception desk personnel. It really does not feel like a hotel room and I don’t know how they got permitted to make this space in to a room and the rent it, it’s just not a rentable space. However staff were nice and helpful and the space or if you call it room was clean and functional. Very odd space / room and not private at ALL!

The staff at 15 Quindici could not have been more helpful. Prior to check in they were fully informative over text and this made the whole check in process so smooth. Staff were so kind and couldn’t do enough for us. The room was very modern and clean. The beds were made and the towels changed every day. Complimentary coffee and water in the mini fridge. The location was perfect, very central location and a short walk away from main sights e.g Duomo. The staff also couldn’t have been kinder in sending us a large list of recommendations from activities to bars and restaurants- all of which recommended were amazing quality and not tourist trap prices! If in future I were returning to Milan I would stay here without a second thought and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the city.

It was the worst accomodation I have ever had to use. It is not a hotel! It is certainly not 'boutique'. There is no sign for the hotel. The loud reception is outside your door. We were awoke every morning at 0700 to construction work. One morning we lost power. No number to call. No one to resolve the issue. A park bench would be more comfortable. Avoid!!! The 10.0 reviews on here CANNOT be genuine.

Awful! This is an office in the main floor of a terrible Condo building, only has 5 offices converted to 5 hotel rooms. That is all! Front desk is right out side your door. Major Issues: * Rooms back on to the garbage bay of the condo where people toss garbage and bottles all night. * The condo HVAC system is right beside the hotel, making an endless noise that never stops. * Entry into the building is a key in a weird door at the back. * Endless car alarms every 30 min… Staff: I cane in after a long time traveling. I was ready to crash. She didn’t care… Did NOT say how to use the AC, when I told her I don’t need to leave my bags at check out. That was messed up. Sensitive. She should focused on the essentials and been an adult. This was the worst stay in a 3 week trip across Europe. All my stays, th

Let op: De receptie zit verstopt achter een deur in de lobby van een pand op 15A dat enkele kantoren herbergt en is slechts tussen 11 en 21 uur bemand. De torrent tot 15B zit aan de zijkant.
