Dirty, needs an update and noisy

The hotel was very dirty especially in the public areas, and was not cleaned the next day as well. The fitness center is amazing! The restaurant is ok, nothing special and the service was polite but very unprofessional, but I think they tried their best. Service in the reception was like the restaurant.

Was travelling with my 1 year old daughter. My experience was really bad. Go I payed as soon I arrived, everything. The nights staying, the parking and I still made made a reservation for dinner on the restaurant. At the restaurant, they took long to take my order, was like 3 or 4 tables, so wasn’t busy! At the end of the dinner, my baby was tired. I request, politely to leave the bill on my hotel number account. Wasn’t possible. Ok, I payed without make any objection. I had a cried baby, keep her to pay the bill. I wished a good evening to the staff, they only said “sorry”. The staff wasn’t looking for options, I felt that the check out was a waste of energy and time. The weak treatment and unfriendly behaviour of the staff. Was unbearable! So: I had 3 big bags. I expected to have at least a little help to carry the luggage. I request help, kindly. Was denied. The luggage trolley was not on the reception, they didn’t have anyone to bring to the lift or something. I went with my baby to pick it up, also not on the place they told me that “should be there”. At 11oclock, I had 2 men’s from the staff knocking the room door. Instead of help, they were there to asked me IF i would leave today. Was such a pressure and neglect of the staff. The only option I had, was to carry all by myself, 3 bags and a little kid.

Von den angebotenen Aktivitäten waren wir sehr begeistert und auch die Sauberkeit war gut. Was uns nicht zusagte war das Frühstück, während unseres Aufenthaltes befanden sich 2 verschiedene Sportteams im Hotel und wenn diese Frühs alle gleichzeitig zum Frühstück strömten herrschte da ziemliches Chaos.

Overal waar je je begeeft wordt (harde) muziek gedraaid. Al meerdere keren geweest (om het nog een kans te geven) maar met een beetje pech zijn er voetbalteams uit het buitenland (Arabisch)die een hele verdieping tot hun beschikking hebben en 's avonds/'s nachts over en weer lopen wat de nachtrust van anderen verstoort.(prinsjes/genoeg inkomsten hotel) Verder een leuk concept. Ze noemen zich een sporthotel, maar er is maar 1 tennisbaan beschikbaar voor een vol hotel. Sporthal is mega luidruchtig doordat jongeren los gaan op een voetbalmuur in combinatie met veel andere mensen. Dartborden/pijlen zijn gaar) Mag beter geisoleerd worden. Met een hittegolf is er binnen geen airco(wel in hotelkamer) of een simpele luchtciculatie. Prijzen zijn aan de hoge kant. Het loont om buiten de deur te eten(diner) het oudere personeel ziet er verveelt uit. Als je er een week zit wordt je nog steeds niet herkend zoals dat vroeger ging. Misschien ben ik van de oude stempel?? (47 jaar) Meubilair is in 7 jaar tijd hard achteruit gegaan door aso gebruik met eten en drinken wat overal genuttigd wordt. Voor ons helaas de laatste x Tip aan hotel: misschien wat meer huisregels invoeren

Hotel met alles om je niet te vervelen echt een super hotel. Ontbijt was uitgebreid + heerlijk, veel te doen voor kinderen, kamer zijn mooi schoon en de bedden liggen heel fijn. Enige jammere was dat er een foutje was gemaakt door het hotel over toeristen belasting en moest nog 4 euro bijbetalen, het bedrag maakte mij niet uit maar het gaat om het principe als het om zo'n klein bedrag gaat neem dan je verlies en laat je gasten met een grote lach je hotel verlaten

Die Sport- und Spaßaustattung ist toll. Der Preis jedoch ist zu hoch. Von außen ist das hotel sehr alt. Fitness- und Saunabereich sind für Kinder gesperrt, sehr schade. Die Restaurants sehen einladend aus, der Salat und die Pommes waren aber leider gar nicht schmackhaft. Der Cappuccino hat leider auch beim 2. Versuch nicht geschmeckt und beim Frühstück war es unfassbar voll. In einem Hotel dieser Preiskategorie darf das nicht sein. Wir hatten trotzdem einen netten Aufenthalt, das Konzept ist sehr schick und die Kinder hatten eine gute Zeit im Indoor-Spielplatz, im Schwimmbad und beim Fußball.

Great place to stay

Really great stay lots of facilities . Food was really nice . Lots of areas to keep little person entertained. Ideally would prefer a double bed rather than two singles
