“The room was very clean and there was lots of cupboard and drawer space. Bathroom was modern and clean. Pool area was very nice and the spa area was enjoyable. Plenty of towels as well. “Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und haben nach meiner Reklamation eine kleine Kulanzerstattung gewährt. Leider entsprach der Zustand der Junior Suite aus meiner Sicht nicht den Fotos auf der Website und bei Expedia. Die Einrichtung wirkte deutlich abgewohnt (großflächig beschädigter Parkettboden, beschädigte Möbel, defekte Lampen, Riss im Wachbecken, lockere Duschstange usw.). Schade, denn das Hotel hat grundsätzlich Potenzial.”

I don't know what was sent to the wrong address, but once he put the right one in I received an invoice that had my full name, my partner's full name, my home address, phone number and the last four digits of my credit card. Mention toute particulière pour le personnel du restaurant qui a été vraiment formidable tout au long de notre séjour. Petit bémol, presque persone ne parle français dans l’établissement mais les informations, annecdotes et menus sont disponibles en anglais.”
