“I'll share my experience from Oct 12 to Oct 17. First day, I checked in around 9am. It was too early but they kindly let me check in & gave me a room & I went to the room 420. My situation at that time was after over 20hours flight so I went to a restroom & opened an urinal. I literally got shocked because of witnessing a disastrous no2 sight. It was absolutely traumatic experience I never forget for the rest of my life. Then gave me another room 410 (no upgrade). As for the damage...

“Ellipse has a fantastic location right next to Mall of Africa, and the aparthotel itself was very nice, but poor internal communication significantly hurt the experience. “It was for a wedding. We stayed in room 9. It must be the smallest room ever. The bathroom has a smell and the shower was ridiculously small. Not appealing at all. The breakfast was also very disappointing ”

“I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this lodge! The property is very private and quiet, offering a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The surroundings are stunning, with lush greenery and charming mini water features that create a peaceful and scenic atmosphere. The pool was impeccably clean and refreshing, making it a great spot to relax. The host was exceptionally friendly and attentive and fulfilled all my requests, which made the experience even more enjoyable....

“Lovely people but there was no electricity when we arrived after a long drive (tree brought power lines down) so no hot water and no fridge for the wine we brought. I booked because of the balcony and fridge with the intention of relaxing with a glass of wine after a shower. Instead we had to go to a bar, unwashed, to eat and drink. The power cut wasn’t their fault but there were no solutions suggested to us. ”
