“Unfortunately upon our arrival we were told there was no electricity nor did they know when they would again. This resulted in our stay cancellation. ”

“The room was clean, spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. This stay was a good over night stop over for me and my partner. We unfortunately were woken up at 6:30am to power tools and work being done on the room next door to us. The noise was quite ear blistering and we quickly checked out of our room as most of the motel was having work done that we were not made aware of”

“La cama es cómoda y tiene esterillas eléctricas. Esperábamos encontar una habitación en mucho peor estado, pero nos sorprendió, aunque lis muebles son antiguos , todo está muy limpio. El personal es amable y no está a mucha distancia del centro. La única pega es que cierra a las 20h la recepción.... También hay que pensar que a partir de esta hora poco queda abierto en el pueblo.”

“The unit was clean and well presented with very comfortable beds. Unfortunately we needed subtitles on the television as the sound quality was so poor. If we were to stay again we would request a front unit as the back units are quite dark.”

“Room was clean and with good heating, enough clothe hangers and shelves to put bags and things on. Kitchen was basic but not enough cutlery to share with other guests. Would be good to have hand dryer or paper towels in the toilet/bathroom. Otherwise very convenient location for entry into the Lake Pedder/Gordon area and close to Mt Field National Park.”

“La cabaña tiene todo, está limpia y muy cómoda, es amplia y está cerca del acceso al parque. Lo único es que todavía están desarrollando el lugar o por lo menos eso parece”

“Very well equipped and cosy room. We felt very at home and were greeted by a pademelon upon arrival. We're looking forward to returning some day.”

“Ich habe selten in so einem einzigartigen und coolen Zimmer geschlafen, es war perfekt. Die Gastgeberin war ausgesprochen freundlich, wirklich toll. Ich hatte sogar eine kleine Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer und Milch im Kühlschrank. Diese Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert.”

“Nice cosy little cabin accommodation with ensuite bathroom. Quiet room, reasonable sleep. Electric blankets were required to be used, but unfortunately one of the side (mine!) of the double electric blanket wasn't functioning. Normally we would have reported that to the proprietors but we were aware that the Hotel had closed for the night a few hours earlier and staff gone, so we put up with it. Overall a comfortable stay for 1 night.”

“A truly memorable experience where Ros and Richard make u feel most welcome. The golf course, rooms, history (golf museum), food and wine 1st rate. Do yourself a favour - must see,/do in Tassie!”
