Stayed in a double bed only had two towels ask for more since we have two adults and two children that had no towels next day i ask for towels cause they went in and only made one bed didn’t. Change out towels thow trash nothing and had no towels to give me!! Worse stay ever

Bill and Emma told their baby boy, “If you can’t say something nice, don’t say anything at all." I choose to take them up on this piece of advice. Suffice to say, we won’t be going back. We travel this route 1-3 times per year but this hotel is off our list.

You did not place me in the correct room. You placed me in an handicapped room where the shower head was short and didn’t function normally. It spewed water all over the floor because the shower curtain wasn’t long enough to prevent water from overflowing, so I had to step into a wet bath mat. The room appeared to not have been cleaned and occupied in sometime. You guys had a credit on my account which was correct then fully charged me after I cancelled and left the following morning. This was a terrible experience for me

Extremely sketchy area. Children sitting on the floor in hallways at 10:00pm on a Tuesday with no adult supervision. Exit doors propped open to parking lot. Lots of people loitering. Etc.
