There were no towels in the room. There was no water pressure in the sink faucet. There was no hot water in the room. I asked for towels n they took 1 bath towel n 1 face towel. The bath towel was filthy. They didnt have ice at the place either.

This property was under total reconstruction which was not advertised. I booked the room online so i was not able to get a refund. I stayed and the room was not as what i had booked. I felt safe but not confortable.

No hot water! This was the only substantial problem of my stay, but very important, as a cold shower has triggered a serious medical condition in me in the past. I dialed 0 an hour before check-out time to report this, but no one answered (during business hours no less). I had to heat cups and an ice bucket of water in the microwave just to take a lukewarm shallow bath, which caused me to overstay my checkout. Fortunately for the operators, they did not try to charge me extra after they knocked on the door at checkout time and I (partly dressed) explained what was wrong.

There was nothing that I liked about this entire property it was under construction when I arrived they refused to honor my reservation stating that I had to pay them a $100 cash deposit which I was not going to do so they refused to honor my rental and I did not stay there

For some reason the next morning I didn’t have any hot water. I would have let management know and I’m sure they would have made it right but I didn’t hav time. The room and entire stay was EXCELLENT otherwise !!

When I booked the room, the money was taken off of my card and I was sent a receipt saying the my room was paid for. When I checked into the room, the clerk asked to see my card, I was tired and didn't think anything of it, just thought she needed to verify the card info on the computer. NO she swiped my card and said I had a balance of 15 dollars, and I said no I don't, the room is already paid for and showed her my receipt on my phone. When she ran my card it took all the money I had to eat on off of the card. I am a diabetic and need to be able to eat every so often. Needless to say I was not happy, she then contacted her manager and the manager told her to void the sale. I literally felt like I was going to have to pay for the room twice.

Host was helpful. You get what you pay for here. No water when I arrived but it was resolved within a few hrs. Don’t expect much and you won’t be disappointed. For an overnight trip, it was ok.
