There was no extra security locks on the doors

Got a huge hastle about my service animal. He still let me have the room but had a serious problem. Told him to contact the ADA AND HE SAID OK THIS TIME BUT his boss says no animals, service or not. This is a serious problem. More than likely, will not stay here again and will contact the ADA.
