We were in the area for a wedding and this was the perfect central location between the venue in Portsmouth and all the attractions in Newport. The included breakfast was amazing as well as all of the staff. The pool in the photos isn’t a thing yet (there’s construction happening in the backyard now) but when it’s done I’m sure it’s going to be very nice! Would definitely stay here again when the renovations are complete!

Such a cute hotel! It’s an older property on the outside but don’t let that deter you. Inside the lobby has a boutique feel to it. The rooms were new, well appointed and clean. Very large too! I would highly recommend staying here. Plenty of restaurants nearby and the Newport Vineyard was less than 10 minutes away.

Lovely newish hotel. Nice coastal decor, clean, restaurant and place to pick up snacks. There a nice room with a fireplace to gather, a larger room with a TV and seating and a pool is being built for future use. Convenient to several breweries -Tap Root is a 4 min. drive. 10 min to Newport downtown. Grocery store, Walgreens and a few quick bite options all within a few minutes.
