When we arrived they have ample free parking, the house in the outside it’s beautiful and looks so historic. The staff were nice and very welcoming. It has a patio, living area, a work area with computer, the room was very clean and it was a very peaceful and quiet stay… they have coffee, hot chocolate and tea available for self serve 24 hours a day. Free continental breakfast. I will definitely stay there again. I rate this place 5/5

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The Inn was cozy, quiet and clean. The room was large and we felt right at home. The location was convenient and an easy drive to and from the mansions we were visiting in Newport. The man at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming.

The room was spotless, the evening staff were great, and it was a perfect distance to the waterfront. The only thing I wish was different was the use of styrofoam for hot beverages.

The room was fine however the website stated that the Presidential Suites came with Bathrobes, but we were told they no longer provided them, Distance from the Newport Mansions and attraction were very misleading, The website is very misleading and not accurate, If I had known I would of stayed somewhere closer to the Mansions and the Waterfront for less money, Staff was wonderful, and the Inn was quaint and very nice.

Loved the staff, very kind. Location is good and you have access to amenities at the Atlantic beach hotel as well. Would have preferred a black out curtain for better sleep, and some better shower water pressure, but overall a good affordable option for Newport. Nice spacious room.
