The back deck has an awesome table with built in bench which was ideal for breakfast and the outside shower is perfect. The proximity to 1st beach and some local restaurants (walkable) makes this spot a gem. I grew up in Newport and can really appreciate the location and decor. Just book it!

Fantastic location! Easy walk to First beach, dinner from Aquidneck pizza place, Clemmie's ice cream, but also quiet and nice neighborhood feel. Quick drive to downtown for mansion tours, shopping, and dinner on Thames. Highly recommend!
