“The guest house was impeccable, with excellent communication and information regarding its location and local attractions provided even before our arrival. Truly exceptional service. Upon our arrival, everything was beautiful. The entire house was spotless and exceeded all expectations. We enjoyed a lovely country walk into Ironbridge, and convenient parking was available at the property. Our room was immaculate, offering tea and coffee, toiletries, fluffy towels and a selection of pillows...

“Very friendly staff all round .The hotel needs a bit updating stairs to room ,we stayed in Apple blossom room which was spacious with a large bathroom .Mini fridge in room with fresh milk nice touch .The room was comfortable in the heatwave ,with a fan included . “Joules and her Son were absolutely wonderful hosts. We couldn’t have been made to feel any more welcome and we had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. The breakfast was outstanding - lots of choice and super fresh and tasty. Joules’ baking was a great surprise treat, a lovely touch in our room on arrival and the Brownies later in our stay were out of this world! Our room was spotless, very comfy bed, lovely armchairs with the spectacular view over Ironbridge and the valley....

“We received a very warm welcome from hosts Jackie and Rob and our stay was absolutely exceptional! Our room was clean, neat, well appointed, with a refreshments tray including lovely homemade cake and the folder containing menus and directions for the nearby pubs for meals was well thought out and presented.
