It’s a cute place and it has an amazing history so I am not totally disappointed. However, it’s pretty expensive and the facilities aren’t great as opposed to the price! Hot water isn’t promised so make sure you check the water before settling down in the room :)

Room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Tina at check-in was friendly and welcoming. Had dinner in the Pub. Food and service were great. Only complaint was that the lighting was poor which made the menu hard to read. I had to use the light on my cell phone to read the menu.

Very charming inn right in the middle of Middleburg VA. Restaurant excellent, even though a bit pricey. Reception and dining room staff very friendly. Inn lobby bar staff not so good.

Loved our stay!

Incredibly comfortable, luxury cottage. Warm, welcoming, and very helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious, and I loved getting sent to the cottage. Best coffee I’ve had in a long time. The food at the pub was delicious. Only negative comment is that the service at the pub could have been a lot better. Can’t wait to stay here again.
