Hit and miss

No light working in room, save one. Night light from outside shines through glass pane of main door so rooms not dark. Generally clean and high-quality furniture and bath but run-down. One towel for four beds. Overpriced, frankly.

I checked in around 15:00, the room looked nice. At 18:00 I decided to go eating at the restaurant and only then I was informed by the people at the lobby that it might have been difficult to find a table. At the restaurant I was informed that no place for me (1 person) would have been available until at least 20:30; I asked if I could get a salad: negative answer. I asked if I could order it as room service, so they could bring it when they had time: negative answer. Considering the price for the room, I was very disappointed for the lack of service: they should have informed me when I booked or at least when I checked in that they had not enough staff to handle one extra guest. I will definitely book another hotel next time

Middag i restauranten udfordrede min tålmodighed. Det tog virkelig lang tid og vi efterlyste et par ting mere end en gang. Rengøring af bad på værelse kan godt gøres grundigere. Der var noget sort snask på fliserne (som man kunne tørre af). Overfor hang et par sorte hår og hyggede sig.
