“Beautiful old building, lovely grounds Would stay again”

“Upon arrival the reception was not staffed (unlike the confirmation stating it would be between 3pm and 7pm), ringing the number noted on the front door we were confronted with a very annoyed woman stating that text confirmation would have been sent for security codes for the required doors (no email nor text were ever received through Expedia or directly).
