“Stayed here many times under different management, but small attention to detail wasn't as good this time. Certain things not clarified at check in, a few minor issues with room, some which were dealt with very quickly, others which couldn't be, but were things that should have been known by staff. Staff very friendly and attentive though”

“We arrived and there was a sign on the door telling us to call a number to check in. My husband had to call the number at least 7 or 8 times before someone answered. The restaurant was closed that night. This was very frustrating after driving on country roads for hours and being out in the middle of nowhere. “We stayed here for two nights, what a wonderful experience! The room and staff were fantastic, food was great, felt very relaxed and at home. We visited Looe, Polperro and Fowey, easy to travel to and back. Loved the little break away. Would highly recommend going.”
