The area is ok. There’s a couple restaurants near by and a Walmart at walking distance. And the beach is as well.
There were several instances were we saw roaches around and the place does not look the same as in the description

Photos of the hotel were very misleading, room was sub par at best and the property was very run down. Also very loud at night between paper thin walls, rowdy guests and traffic.The best part was that it was walking distance to shopping and food. Definitely better places to stay that cost less.

Great spot to start your cruise. It’s close to the cruise terminal and close from the airport. Traffic to the port is a nightmare on embarkation day - but that is the case for EVERYONE. Rooms are very basic. Staff are friendly but not too well versed in English so communication can be challenging if you are looking to have something dealt with.

Pros: Bed was comfy and good size. Location is good if going on a cruise. Staff was really nice and were generous when our flight was delayed and we showed up later than expected. Cons: As soon as you walk in, you get hit with an over powering smell of bleach. It doesnt go away and stays lingering the whole stay. There were mosquitoes throughout the whole room. Wifi on the TV lags really badly. Had to eventually switch over to own hotspot. Water pressure was slim to none. Shower head falls off as soon as you try to move it. Stains and spots all over ceiling, walls and bathroom.

Amazing Hotel

Amazing hotel at a great price. Excellent location, very clean and comfortable. The AC worked perfectly and was quiet. Wi-Fi could be a bit faster, but overall it’s an excellent choice
