I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, a few steps from the beach, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was well maintained, and I really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant place to stay.

I returned to stay longer. The room was excellent as before. I had a chance to use the microwave downstairs which was helpful to heat up food I had stored in the room refrigerator. They staff was very attentive to inquire to my needs. I felt very appreciated and would highly recommend anyone stay at the property.

The location is perfect. You are steps away from everything on South Beach and South pointe. The courtyard is great to just eat outside. The kitchen area is nice and close since the room didn't have a kitchenette. It did have a refrigerator which worked perfectly. The room was very spacious with comfortable seating. The ac was pretty good. I loved the bathroom size. I would absolutely stay here often.

This was such a great find. Price was great, location was great in a part of Miami Beach that is very calm. And let me tell you about the manager. Oscar was fantastic. He called on the first day to see how we were doing and if everything was great. And then he called again the last day to get some news again. If we had a question, he was one message away and fast replies. Nothing but great things to say. AC was working great, rooms were clean (on demand). Will come back for sure

Great location close to south beach and staff were very helpful especially Oscar who never said no to any request.. the accommodation was spacious but some of the rugs and furniture need a update. Water pressure on shower very poor. The price was very reasonable by fir the two bed villa.

The location was very convenient, close to restaurants and a short walk to the beach. The airport and downtown bus stops were only one block away. Trolley stop was right in front of the property. We had some minor issues but Oscar resolved them with care and speed. The place was very spacious.

Location, location, location. What a great place to spend your time in Miami. The room was super clean, the beds were comfy and we had an extremely quiet sleep. Oscar, the manager, called us and treated us VIP since the start. The instructions for checking in were clear, so there is really no need to have an actual person there for that. Enjoy your time in Miami Beach and relax in this cozy property.

This little hotel is great. Hassle free check in, as in just a code and you’re in your room. The room was spacious and very clean. The location is perfect with a short walk to the beach. The fact that it’s lower SOBE means it’s quieter and more of a local vibe. There’s a Walgreens which was great. I did have a few issues which is why I gave it 4 stars. The office was always closed so I had to communicate via email and eventually phone. But the responses were fast and the custodian guy was very friendly and efficient. I would say stay here again.

Everything about this property is brilliant, its not too far from anywhere, the rooms are good size with very comfortable beds, an OLED flatscreen tv, a cooler, AC, and a modern bathroom. When you want to sit outside on their front porch there is alot of room, 4 tables with umbrellas to provide shade, and a couch. the customer service was also brilliant. I spoke with oscar and the main customer service desk and got any query resolved within 10-15 minutes. Oscar was extremely helpful, even helping extend my stay due to a delayed flight for no extra cost. The price to stay at the villa was also a bargain and the rest of the staff + cleaners were friendly and helpful. 10/10 i would come back, worth the 10 hours in flights.

Great Location, Comfortable Stay & Excellent Value! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Italia! The location was definitely one of the biggest highlights. It’s about a 5-minute walk to the beach, close to family-friendly attractions, and also conveniently located near the Miami cruise port, which made it a great choice for our trip. There were also plenty of great food options within walking distance, so having a car really wasn’t necessary. The room was very comfortable, especially the bed — probably one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve slept in! I also loved that the TV was a true smart TV with all the apps you’d actually want to use. The bathroom was updated, clean, and stocked with the essential amenities. One thing that really surprised me was the amount of storage space. There was plenty of room to put our things away, which made the room feel much more organized and kept our luggage and belongings from taking over the space. There were a few minor things that could be improved. The room was a little tight, especially with luggage, the internet was somewhat spotty during our stay, and the towels could definitely be softer. None of these things took away from our overall experience, though. For the price and location, I think Villa Italia is a great value and I would absolutely recommend it to other travelers. If you’re traveling with a family and staying more than a few days, I would definitely recommend upgrading to the 1-or 2-bedroom suite.

Rented out 3 rooms for 2 nights and we had zero problems with any of them. Oscar was very helpful, accommodating, and responsive when anything was needed. Location is perfect! Everything is in walking distance food, fun, stores, and the beach. Beach towels and chairs are available if needed. Definitely will be staying here again soon! Thanks for your amazing hospitality!
