Beautiful and worth the money spent for the stay. Easy check in and very secured place. Communication wise is also very good. They have you on their number that you can text if you need anything. AC was on when we checked in which was perfect especially coming in from outside being super hot.

Good little hotel centrally located. Slept great. Some units have split AC so there was no AC noise, points to them. All hotels should have split ACs and this is a great selling point. Management needs to improve conditions, hotel has many little improvements to make and for the price, they should offer better conditions. But overall, not bad.

I have no idea what these other reviews are talking about. There was no mold smell, the room was clean, the staff was extremely friendly and communicated with us every day. They made sure we had enough towels and asked how our stay was going to ensure there were no issues. We stayed in the room with the two twin bunk beds and the queen bed, and while it is definitely tighter than your average hotel room, the two of us had enough room to move around. We hardly stayed in the room anyway! For the price, you can’t beat it. We were also within walking distance of a lot of restaurants (highly recommend El Bagel for breakfast)! Never once did I feel unsafe. I can see why if maybe you’re used to staying in 4 or 5 star hotels it would give that “vibe,” but this is a 2 star hotel in downtown Miami. It has that “downtown” feel with older buildings in some parts, but it does not feel unsafe at all to me. Free parking behind the building was a huge perk too, but it is right! Larger cars may have a harder time navigating the lot. I will be coming back to get my tattoo sleeve finished over the course of multiple trips and will be staying here every time! 10/10 for me!

I will absolutely only stay here anytime I go to Miami. It is in a perfect spot around food and culture and shops and it is right next to my school. I will always go here. I loved it and the communication was top-tier.

Hotel sends a “code” to enter the property. Code doesn’t work. Got stuck outside in a sketchy neighborhood in a thunderstorm on a Saturday night just trying to enter the property. Tried five times. No luck. Wrong code. Nobody inside. Not a single human being. Notice on door provides a number to call. Called thrice. No reply. Left voice mails. No answer. After half an hour getting drenched just trying to enter this “hotel” we gave up and went to the nearest Hilton. This is not a hotel. This is a scam. Totally avoid.

Superb hotel in a great area with excellent customer service. Check in was simple via email. The room was big, light and airy with all of the amenities you would expect. My party encountered a very minor issue at check in where we couldn’t access the back door from the car park using the issued code. A two minute walk to the front door and we gained access to the property. A representative called and I only mentioned this incident casually and they bent over backwards to make amends for something that really wasn’t an issue to us. A different code was issued straight away. The customer service is the best I have experienced at the many hotels I’ve stayed at recently and I wouldn’t think twice about using this hotel again!! Thank you for a pleasant stay.
