I’ve had an amazing time stay at Hotel tower. The place was very peaceful and quiet as well and the room was clean and comfortable. The outdoor patio was well kept and clean. And most importantly the staff was so friendly and helpful during my stay and helped me with any questions I had. The only two things I wish the property had was a mini fridge and a parking lot.

This was an absolute pleasure, 10/10. We could not have asked for anything better from check in to check out. The property is in a very walkable area, the rooms were well kept and comfortable and the common areas were welcoming too! There a distinct welcoming scent through the property that was such a nice touch!

The room was well maintained and clean despite being an older building. Peaceful atmosphere and the staff was hospitable and accomodating as they assured to consistently check-in, making sure everything was set. I mainly ubered around so it wasn't an issue, but there is no parking on property, so I would plan ahead. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would 100% stay with them again!

I was recovering from a surgery at the tower hotel and the staff was excellent, extremely accommodating and understanding. I’m from Canada but when I come back to Miami I will indeed stay at the tower hotel again! Lovely, clean, great AC and great staff and beautiful artwork displayed around hotel. Staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly, always willing to help. The young lady at the front desk has a beautiful spirit and deserves all the praises. The space was clean and we got clean towels daily. Close to the airport and most sights and malls. Uber and Uber Eats deliver straight to you. A 2-minute walk from Calle Ocho. I will recommend staying here and I will return

Before coming in, I knew what to expect in terms of the cleaning service/rooms since I read the reviews. I will say staff is definitely welcoming/helpful. Any situations I’ve had they were very attentive and brought in maintenance for fixing if needed. Rooms were clean as well. Overall a good experience.

I loved staying here and highly recommend this cute hotel. When you walk in the beautiful smell of the mango trees make it feel like paradise. We had everything we needed and the shower water was so hot and lasted long. Lia was the sweetest. She checked in on of daily to ensure we had what we needed. On my next trip to Miami this is where I will be staying.
