The staff were amazing and made us feel safe. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The shops at Lincoln Rd were close to walk to as well as being one block away from South Beach. Would definitely stay again.

Staff were brilliant. A stand out. Nicely decorated throughout including rooms. Breakfast simple but nice. Nice terrace looking onto street to sit and have your own drinks in evening. Great location as close to beach and bars/restaurants. Few even better if... Main issue is some level of noise intrusion either from 1st floor banging, Aircon which seemed old and very noisy, rooms on right side of building back onto a restaurant next door that had music blaring at weekend (not ideal when you have 2 young kids) but think it quientend down About 11.

Super retro hotel with fantastic servie

You cant get food at the hotel exept breakfast, but you are aloud to take food and dring and have it on the Hotels terrase, the personal is fantastic and you really fell like a home welcome.The hotel also offer the service to lend you beach towels, beach chairs and parasol to use on the Beach, internet i fine so absolutely a hotel to recomend.

Property was great and in a fantastic location. Sound proofing in the room was an issue as you could hear the room above walk about, which was quite loud. Air con was noisy as well but that’s standard with any AC unit. Apart from that the hotel and staff were excellent and really nice. Rooms were very spacious, TV channels plentiful and the breakfast was great. The area was perfect for the beach and access to whatever type of food or shopping you want to do. Thanks for a great stay and would come back again.

Nice friendly family style hotel with and absolutely excellent location just 1 block away from Ocean drive and the beach. We will definitely come back for more stays in this perfect hotel for us.

Excellent experience

Excellent and convenience location!!! Great service (all of them), super friendly and good attitude !!! They borrow seats and umbrella for the beach (by free!!! Wooow) Breakfast is ok (not to much protein) but is optional.

The property itself was gorgeous, gave a homey feel. Staff were absolutely amazing! Everyone we encountered was lovely. It is within walking distance of the beach, location is perfect. Breakfast wasn’t so great, not many options other than breads, & no onsite parking. I will definitely stay again though
