The loved the size of the rooms at the Savoy. Having a suite with 2 rooms made the stay that much more enjoyable. And the outdoor area is beautiful, 2 pools leading to the beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially the front desk and the small restaurant near the pools. We ate breakfast there each morning and the service was great as was the food.

This property is truly a hidden gem. The beautiful rooms, especially those with balcony views, are absolutely priceless and provide the perfect setting to relax and unwind. The location couldn’t be better—conveniently situated right beside the beach and tucked away in the quieter part of Ocean Drive, offering a peaceful and serene atmosphere while still being close to everything. Wonderful appointed room (Junior Suite). I particularly enjoyed the size of the suite, the two private balconies and the views of the palm trees. My room offered me peace and tranquility. The room has hardwood floors, so you will hear the noise from the traveler above you if you are on a lower floor. Customer service was superb! Great pool, drinks, and food! Minutes from the beach and boardwalk, along with restaurants and bars.

Our stay was extremely disappointing and fell well below what was advertised. The air conditioning barely worked, leaving the room so hot that we had to call maintenance at 1:00 a.m. because we couldn’t sleep. A comfortable night’s sleep is the most basic expectation of any hotel, and this property failed to provide it. The room was also missing basic toiletries upon arrival, the bed was extremely uncomfortable due to a rock-hard mattress and a noticeable gap in the bed frame, and the pool—one of the main reasons we booked this hotel—was closed without adequate notice. Dining options were also very limited, with no indoor restaurant and only a small outdoor menu. Any one of these issues would have been disappointing. Combined, they resulted in an experience that was far below the standard we paid for. We reported the air conditioning problem during our stay, but the overall experience remained unacceptable. For these reasons, I believe a full refund, or at least a meaningful partial refund, is warranted.
