Kent Hotel was basically a hostel that you can have private room at, It looked better in pictures, and reviews, Check in process was very long because there was only one person at the front desk, Room was ok, it was clean, no tables or small desk in the room, not even one tissue box, and no coffee machine, Overall the entire hotel was below basic, with the price I paid, I could have had much better hotels, Location is good, Staff, nice and polite,

We had a great stay at Kent Hotel in South Beach! The location is perfect — close to everything and super convenient. The hotel was very clean and extremely affordable for the area. I accidentally left a small blanket in the room, and the staff made it so easy to retrieve it the next day. Wes was especially helpful — he stored our luggage for us and made sure we got our item back without any hassle. His customer service truly stood out. Wes definitely deserves a raise! We’ll absolutely stay here again.
