Loved staying here! Great location! Great staff. And i love that i didn’t have to check in at a counter nor put down a deposit fee. The only recommendation is to have better air throughout. The bedroom was perfect temp though. Anytime we come to Miami we will always stay here or any of their properties! Book here!

Close to beach. Limited parking, but, they're is a lot 1 block away that does not charge for overnight parking from 6pm to 8am. Only table utensils. No sharp knives, no can openers and no peelers. No fluffy towels. It's clean, good location and adequate.

That staff were extremely helpful! They give you fresh sheets and clean towels are provided. They offer to give you cleaning whenever it’s convenient. This place is a Gem. A quiet area that is very relaxing and a great price for Miami!

At first, I was a little skeptical when I walked to the outside of the property however, it gave me an apartment complex vibe when I got inside the room. It was very clean. Everything was updated. Everything was nice. The bed was the most comfortable memory foam mattress everything was good quality and I loved it and this will be a place that I will use every time I travel to Miami moving forward. I will not be using a big hotel anymore because this is more intimate and it was like a hot and skipped to the beach.

I planned my trip to Miami the day before I left and spent 13 hours traveling. I had two rooms, the first room offered a mini fridge, microwave, toasters, and a coffee pot and is sure to accommodate travelers with shorter stays and/or enjoys dining out. With travel prices so high, I knew that we would need cooking space and a larger fridge. That’s where the helpful associates and property manager comes in. As luck would have it, a room with a kitchenette became available the very next day! Kudos to the cleaning staff, they were able to turnover the space in no time and the maintenance man even helped me move my luggage to my new room. We enjoyed our accommodations and love being able to walk to the beach, restaurants, and nearby stores. Perfect location!!
