Great location for the price, walking distance to the beach and down the main street there is food, shops etc to walk to. It's an older building that has a lot of character. It feels like you're in a locals small apartment which was just what we were looking for. Make sure to travel 30min north to Hollywood Boardwalk and beach and 30min south to South beach too! So much to see.

This is our second time staying at the Donovan. The location is perfect for our family. The room is clean, and whatever needs you have, the staff will respond right away. I remember last year I needed some extra blankets, and to this day, I still dream of having the kind of blankets that they offered us. Also, everything was in perfect order when we checked in (air conditioning, fridge, etc.), and the communication was great. For sure, we will be staying at the Donovan again. Thank you so much!

Loved staying here! Great location! Great staff. And i love that i didn’t have to check in at a counter nor put down a deposit fee. The only recommendation is to have better air throughout. The bedroom was perfect temp though. Anytime we come to Miami we will always stay here or any of their properties! Book here!
