Manager was overly accommodating with us as we were able to have a room for early check in upon cruise arrival. Also had the misfortune of having our flight cancelled and they allowed us to come back and even arranged shuttle transportation. I would definitely recommend and will be coming back.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating throughout our visit. Our reservation had to be changed because no king beds were available, which was a bit disappointing, but the team handled the situation professionally. The breakfast was nice and offered a good variety of options. Unfortunately, the pool was closed during our stay, so we weren't able to enjoy that amenity. We also noticed a lingering cooking odor in the room, which affected the overall comfort somewhat. Despite these issues, the hotel was clean, the service was good, and we had a positive experience

The breakfast was more than I expected! Hot food and fresh fruit as well. Marc was SUPER helpful at the front desk. Oscar was a great driver and gave us information about things to do in the area.
