It was very clean and the was very helpful. The breakfast food was amazing it was fresh and hot. I was so glad they offer airport shuttle bus to and from the airport. The driver didn't hesitate to help with your luggage at all.

The staff was really accommodating. I wish they were more knowledgeable about how to get from Fort Lauderdale to the hotel. You must actually go into the airport take a team and then go down to arrivals to hotel shuttle. The shuttle comes once an hour and the driver was very nice. The hotel is about 10 minutes away from chain restaurants so you can just pick something familiar. The hotel has a bar and the pool was nice. Our room had a sofa bed that was so comfortable I fell asleep.

Fire alarms were going off for two days straight. I understand maintenance needs to be done, but it should have been disclosed while booking the property or they should've blocked out those days from booking. One of the staff members at check in was lovely the rest were not great. The breakfast is average. It is a very packed hotel which is expected near the airport. Parking is $20/day and pet fee is $100 for the stay. They were nice to my dog and there's plenty of area outside for pets to hang and relieve themselves.
