Everything was great. My daughter and I stayed one night before heading out on a cruise and even with the late check-in (around 11:15 PM), the people were great. If you're staying at Liberty Park, you'll have to check in next door at the Boulon (newer side). The Liberty Park side is cute but it's dated and needs upgrades. The Boulon side is more updated and modern. The roof top pool is really nice and the bartender is friendly. If you're staying on the 1st floor be prepared for some noise from the street and the courtyard restaurant.
