Our stay was amazing! The place was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located right in the middle of everything. Giulia was very responsive and made sure our stay was exceptional from start to finish. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to others!

Location was perfect. Room was clean, had more than enough space for the guests. Only downside would be sharing the 1 bathroom. However the staff/ host was super nice and accommodating for check in/out times. Truly a great stay and just feet away from the beach and all the great things there are to do in SoBe. 10/10 would stay again!

Location is perfect. Right in the middle of South Beach and surrounded by restaurants, shops and a short walk to the beach. Check-in was a breezy and the staff was super friendly and helpful. There was enough room for all my family to have their own space. The balcony was a nice addition. No beach view, but it was nice looking out and enjoying the weather. The laundry room came in handy, especially dealing with wet clothes and towels. There's basic kitchen ware, paper towels and cleaning supplies available and extra trash bags with a trash shute nearby. The communication was excellent and gave detailed instructions on check in and how to get to the building. That said, if you're looking for a top-notch, luxury spot this is not it. The price is very reasonable for what you get but the place and furniture are a bit outdated. This is not a hotel so housekeeping does not come in the room and make the beds or replace towels. The beds squeak! After a while of laying down we got used to it and got some good sleep. Overall, I was happy with the place, the price and experience. I would stay again just for the location and space that fit my family of 5 comfortably.
